Holly’s incredible adaptability with the client enabled us to move on to the next step in the process. She has an uncanny ability to kow what the client’s needs were before they were spoken. This made the client comfortable with her. Her flexability also allows her to quickly change tactics when the client changed his mind at the last minute. She was able to direct the whole process with relentless perservence to direct the client in the right direction.

This was an extremely emotional time for all the family and friends involved and she continually kept us up to date and instructed us on what we could and should do in the process. She never gave up! She stayed the course until he was safely at the destination recovery.

With her abilities, adaptabiity, and dedication she is definitely the top of the class. We highly recommend her for the position of interventionist and believe she is the best!
